Suzuki teases ‘New Era’ of outboards
Video clip hints at looming technological innovationThere's scant detail, but new teaser YouTube clip reveals Suzuki Marine has something special in the pipeline.
As Suzuki Marine celebrates its 60th anniversary, the company has released a teaser video to coincide with the 2025 Miami International Boat Show.
In what the company describes as setting ‘the stage for the future of high-performance boating’, the short clip intersperses footage of a shinobi warrior with a few brief silhouettes and close-up shots of what appears to be a new outboard engine.
“The dark and visually striking video offers a first glimpse at a model that remains hidden in the shadows, much like the shinobi warrior featured,” states Suzuki Marine.
“A culmination of mastery and innovation, designed to redefine what is possible, this is the dawn of a new era,” states the clip's narrator.
The company is remaining tight-lipped regarding any hard details or specifications of the new engine, however, other than to say the new product will reinforce “the brand’s legacy of innovation, power, and precision engineering”.
Suzuki Marine says further details of the new product will be announced throughout Suzuki Marine’s 60th anniversary celebrations.
