Leigh-Smith Yachts is preparing its largest ever on-water showcase for the 2026 Sanctuary Cove International Boat Show, with more than 50 million dollars’ worth of motor yachts set dazzle attendees from 21-24 May.
The Gold Coast based brokerage says the upcoming display will be the biggest in its 37-year association with the event. Managing director Ryan Leigh-Smith said the scale reflects both growing demand in the luxury market and the breadth of the company’s brokerage and new boat portfolio.
The on-water lineup will include a mix of Australian and international brands, including Sanlorenzo, Maritimo, Palm Beach Motor Yachts, Ocean Alexander, Horizon, Riviera, Norman Wright and Lloyds Ships. The company will also exhibit its in-house brands Alaska Motor Yachts, Hampton and Vicem Yachts.

According to Leigh-Smith Yachts, visitors will be able to step aboard a wide range of vessels, from large Italian built motor yachts to locally designed long-range cruisers. While the business has promoted the showcase as a premium experience for its client base, the display is open to all show attendees by appointment.
For the 2026 edition of the show, the company has created what it calls Leigh-Smith Lane, a hospitality suite intended to provide a quieter space for prospective buyers to meet sales staff and take part in private walkthroughs. The brokerage says the aim is to create an environment where customers can take more time to understand the ownership process and compare models.

Leigh-Smith Yachts has been a long-term exhibitor at Sanctuary Cove and says the show remains a key touchpoint for its client network. The business was founded in 1964 and operates across new yacht sales, brokerage and sourcing, with a focus on the Australian and Asia Pacific markets.
The 2026 Sanctuary Cove International Boat Show will run from 21-24 May. Visitors can book inspections for the Leigh-Smith Yachts display ahead of the event.
