Princess Yachts Australia expands into NSW
The official Australian distributor for Princess Yachts appoints Sydney-based dealersPrincess Yachts Australia has expanded out of its Sanctuary Cove, Queensland home base, announcing this week that it has expanded into NSW with the appointment of a new dealers.
Sean O’Doherty and David Jensen will become the exclusive dealers for the luxury motor yacht brand, combining 15 years of boating industry knowledge and an already-strong connection with the brand.

Princess Yachts Australia dealer principal Greg Haines, who remains involved with Queensland-based The Haines Group, said O’Doherty and Jensen had forged a number of long-term relationships with Princess owners and would bring a history of success to the brand.
“NSW is a large market for us, we have a number of high-profile owners and we are
excited to reignite the brand with Sean and David at the helm,” Haines said.
“They have the energy and reputation to continue the success in NSW and I am pleased to have them aboard.”
Growing range
Princess Yachts Australia, headed by Haines and Scott Davis Marine founder Scott Davis, formed mid-way through last year as a new distributor focusing on the growing range of British luxury motor yachts.
It flagged at the time that it planned on expanding into other Australian markets outside its Queensland home base.
Princess Yachts hosted the Australian premiere of the Princess V65 at last year’s Sanctuary Cove International Boat Show.
Princess announced earlier this year that it planned to launch the all-new flagship Princess Y95 in 2021, and late last year teased a full-size mock-up of the main deck of its upcoming Princess X95 – a boat that was due to have arrived around the same time as the now-postponed 2020 Sanctuary Cove International Boat Show.
Princess has a large range of new and updated models freshening its portfolio, including the F50 flybridge cruiser, S62 and S66 open flybridge models, the V55 sedan and the all-new Princess Y78 flybridge cruiser.
