Why do you fish?

Billfish Foundation launches a cool game-fishing video
With the heavy-tackle giant black-marlin season in full swing off Cairns, with the hot water pouring down the coast early, and Sydney anglers scoring untold big yellowfin tuna and blue marlin; with the whiting biting on the beaches, the snapper snapping offshore and the trout rivers open to fishing once again; and with a taste of summer in the wind and our boats prepared again, we thought we’d post a little something to celebrate the start of the fishing season.
Okay, so it’s American. But its creators, the Billfish Foundation, works worldwide to advance conservation of marlin and associated species. And the Foundation does a lot of good, not least being produce great videos like the one below that celebrates the good times, the hot bites and the camaraderie at sea. It’s all about why we fish. So, why do you fish?
