Watersnake introduces quick mount for electric motors
A new universal mount for attaching your Watersnake electric motor to a kayak or canoe with less fussElectric motors have become essential tools for fishing and exploring in light watercraft, but finding a suitable mounting system has always been a challenge.
The patented new design from Watersnake was developed to solve this issue and importers Jarvis Walker say it makes for easy attachment of a Watersnake electric motor to a kayak and many canoes.
The Watersnake mounting bracket is said to be simple to install and was designed to provide a secure fixture to maintain stability and ease of operation in the water. The bracket also features a three-axle design that maximises the range of movement so that the motor can be adjusted to optimum position for powering up rivers, exploring lakes or crossing bays.
The Watersnake Universal Electric Motor Mount is available in a bundle with the Watersnake ASP-T18 and ASP-T24 electric motors, or sold separately for those who already own an electric motor. The Watersnake Universal Electric Motor Mount can be used with any tiller steer electric motor that has a 25mm diameter shaft and it is recommended for motors with up to 24lb of thrust.
