Voyager Catamaran's new models

Voyager Catamarans on Qld's Gold Coast said last year was a busy one and has expanded its factory from 2000 to 3000m² to house two new models under construction

Now in its eighth year, and with four models between 30 and 43ft, Voyager said it has become Australia's largest production builder of powered cruising cats.

The company's 42ft Freedom was released at last year's Sanctuary Cove International Boat Show and with a 21ft beam is currently the biggest in the range.

At this year's show in May, Voyager Catamarans said it will also be releasing another all-new model - the V1250 Conquest as a larger version of the already successful V1040/V1100 series.

With an overall length of 43ft and beam of 17ft, the V1250 Conquest features larger saloon and cabins with more headroom and wider doors, bigger bathroom including separate shower cubicle, more refrigeration and entertainment areas, and also the option of an enclosed flybridge, said the builder.

Voyager said that with fuel costs continually on the rise, its well designed and economical power cats make a lot of sense and are becoming more and more popular.
