His recent return trip across Bass Strait, in which Kelly and two mates completed a 700km journey on Kawasaki Jet Skis, further demonstrated his eagerness to get on the water… even in Victoria’s bitterly cold late autumn.
Kelly said the carsales network represents everything that he’s into, including boating, of course.
"What’s great is that now after finishing our Bass Strait adventure, we’re looking for a good home for our three Jet Skis. So we’ve put them up for sale on boatsales.
"Once we finished the trip and raised money for MS, it was a case of mission accomplished," he said.

KELLY’S CUSTOM JET SKIS FOR SALE
Kelly said there’s a fair amount of work that’s gone into the ‘skis’ to get them ocean-going and that it’d be great to find another trio who can enjoy them.
"It’s funny, I’ve been on a lot of adventures, but the Jet Ski one really seemed to resonate with people.
"As a Victorian, you don’t realise what’s just at your doorstep, and those skis enabled us to get to some really remote and untouched places.
"I think our next adventure will ideally be somewhere a bit warmer though."
BACK ON THE RACE TRACK
Meantime, Nissan Motorsport unveiled a new look livery for Todd Kelly at the WATPAC Townsville 400 from July 7-8, 2017.
Kelly’s #7 carsales Racing Nissan will wear a bold black-and-yellow livery to help celebrate the return of boatsales to the team. Our website first debuted on the Altima at the Townsville event 12 months ago.
"It’s great to have boatsales back on the car this year," said Kelly.
"I love the look of the boatsales livery. The black and yellow looks really mean, and I can’t wait to see it roll out of the truck.
"We’ve changed the livery a few times already this year, between carsales, bikesales and trucksales, so I’m usually needing to do a double-take to make sure I’m getting in the right car!"
