Tin Can Gets More Berths
Under new ownership and management, the Tin Can Bay Marina and Holiday Village, Queensland, has recently undergone a major extension and refurbishmentThe marina, close to the southern end of Fraser Island, is perfectly situated to allow boaters to take full advantage of the spectacular waterways of the Great Sandy Straits, Hervey Bay, and the Great Barrier Reef, a marina spokesperson said.
Upgrades include 160 new berths ranging in size from 10 to 17m, and 15 two-bedroom luxury villas. Marina facilities also include a 30-tonne travel lift, fuel dock, sewage pumpout and hard stand.
