Tim Davies leaves Honda in good shape

After 15 years of service with Honda, Tim Davies has resigned as marine manager

Honda said Davies was instrumental in establishing the company's four-stroke outboards as a premium brand in Australia and was leaving with the knowledge its marine division was "in very good shape".

"Led by the most experienced management team in the marine industry and with the support of its national dealer and servicing network, I've no doubt Honda will continue to be the leading force in advanced four-stroke technology," said Davies.

"Considering Honda outboards were only introduced to the Australian marine market in the mid-1990s, the reputation the brand enjoys is the result of a lot of hard work from all involved – a commendable effort!" he said.
