Sydney TrailerBoat & Outdoor Leisure Show

Limited exhibitor space left for Sydney's newest show set to shine
Organisers of the renamed Sydney TrailerBoat & Outdoor Leisure Show are pleased that the move from Rosehill to the Sydney Showground, Sydney Olympic Park, has been welcomed by the industry.
The Sydney TrailerBoat & Outdoor Leisure Show will have free entry for the visiting public and run from 9am to 5pm on Saturday March 15-16 2014. It is envisaged that the event will achieve in excess of 10,000 visitors over the two days.
With less than six weeks to go until the doors open, the BIA of NSW has reported that only limited exhibitor space remains. The large span of undercover space will treat the visiting audience to some of the industry’s leading brands of products and services as well as the retailers who sell them.
The show, with an impressive history going back to the early Sixties, has served the industry well over the years and given them the opportunity to connect with clients after the summer, as well as clear the occasional product or two prior to winter.
“We are pleased that all the old faces have returned with numerous new companies embracing the new venue. At these early stages, my estimate is that at least one in five of the businesses participating has not exhibited at this show before”  said the BIA's Marketing & Event Manager Domenic Genua.
The visiting public will have a host of reasons to attend, says the BIA. Apart from being able to see a great array of boating gear and gear, visitors can take their kids along to the GWS Giants Kids Zone and visit the Supertank presentations, which will also feature the Nautilus Boating stars that will be on hand to speak to and meet the public.
Among the stars will be Jet Ski superstar James Masterton and fishing fanatic, TV personality and ex-Rugby League star Andrew Ettingshausen aka ET.
The show organisers are taking the opportunity to increase the event's awareness and say the precinct harbours 19,000 workers who have all received communication about the new boat show, with weekends seeing thousands of visitors flock to the precinct.
As an additional bonus, the AFL will launch the 2014 Sydney season on Saturday, as the show’s first day comes to a close. GWS Giants will play the Sydney Swans at the GIANTS Stadium at Sydney Olympic Park.
Lyndon Turner, CEO of Nautilus Marine Insurance and show sponsor said: “I am delighted at how the show is coming along. With almost a full house and a great array of things to see and do, I have no doubt the visiting public are in for a great day out”.
For information about participating as exhibitors, businesses are urged to contact the BIA on (02) 9438 2077 for space availability.
