Sydney MasterCraft sale

If you take your pleasure boating with a good dose of thrills and spills, plenty of air and hang time, and prefer comforts over piscatorial pursuits, then the American-made MasterCraft tow boats should be on your shopping list.

Sydney MasterCraft dealer TR Marine has launched a spring sale to get you in the groove this summer. There are keenly-priced ski, wake, surf and crossover tow boats on sale at a final clearance event this weekend September 6-7.

All told, there are 13 cool MasterCraft boats on sale including new 2013-2015 models, demonstrators with water-test hours only, a second-hand craft or two, with some seriously pimped-up rigs among them.

The new run-out models from 2013 include a MasterCraft X25 with 6.0-litre OPS and an X-Star with 6.2litre OPS. The second-hand 2013 stock includes a MasterCraft X30 with 7.4-litre inboard.

The 2014 line-up is extensive, with a new ProStar 5.7-litre, a ProStar 6.2-litre with demo hours, an all-new X2 and X10 with 5.7-litre engines, an X10 with upgraded 6.0-litre OPS, and an X10 with big block 6.2-litre with water-test hours only. There are two 2014-model X25s, both with a 6.0-litre. One is a demo, the other brand new. There is also a 2014 model MasterCraft X30 with 6.0-litre.

Last but not least is a brand spanking new 2015 model NXT20 with 5.7-litre. Pricing on all these MasterCraft stock boats will never be repeated, on-water tests are available, and valuations will be given on trade-in boats, says the dealer. The MasterCraft boats are on sale and on site for viewing at TR Marine's showroom and trailerboat yard at 4 Curtis Road, McGraths Hill, near Windsor in Western Sydney.
