Sydney boat show hubs

Our dedicated landing pages for the 2013 Sydney boat show
BoatPoint and sister site boatsales have created exclusive online hubs for everything new and exciting at the Sydney International Boat Show opening August 1.
The dedicated hubs appear on our homepages under the Sydney International Boat Show banner. Click to go straight to the latest show news and new-boat releases. We’ll be updating from the show, too.
Suffice to say, the boat show is a significant event for the marine industry. This is the 46th Sydney boat show and the 25th at Darling Harbour. When the doors close, three years of renovations at Darling Harbour will displace the indoor component of the show to Glebe Island. The marina display will remain in Cockle Bay.
Meantime, the 2013 Sydney International Boat Show remains the biggest boat show in the country by a long shot. It’s deserving of the international tag, considered a desirable launch platform by the big overseas and local marques and an especially popular show for luxury new cruisers and yachts.
There will be more than 175 boats on the purpose-built marina in Darling Harbour this year. What they lack in numbers compared with the boom shows they more than make up for with quality and innovation.
Undercover, another 700 mainly trailerboats and watercraft will be coveting attention. Watersports gear, fishing tackle and family entertainment are part of the wonderful Sydney boat show, of course.
As part of our commitment to the Sydney boat show, BoatPoint and boatsales are busy collating, editing and publishing the latest show news for our new hubs. From trailerboats to the top end of town, yachts and catamarans, to the latest engines and electronics, we have it covered.
Check out our new hubs and happy boat-show hunting, even if you are a virtual show-goer confined to your desktop, tablet or smart phone. And see you at our boatsales stand at the show. – David Lockwood, Marine Editor.
