Suzuki extends warranty
Full five-year warranty on portable outboards?From September 1, 2013, Suzuki Marine Australia and New Zealand increased the warranties on new four-stroke portable outboard engines.
CEO of The Haines Group John Haines says the new warranty creates more value for customers in the competitive outboard-engine market.
“We are so confident in the quality of our product that we’ve backed it up with a full five-year warranty,” Mr Haines said.
The additional two years is available on new four-stroke portable outboards from the DF2.5 to DF25 and sees the cover for the portables come into line with the warranty covering Suzuki Marine’s high-performance outboards.
