Stress free next generation winches

To celebrate its tenth anniversary, Stress Free Marine has released a five-model range of NG (Next Generation) Series anchor winches

Stress Free Marine said its NG Series are fast and strong anchor winches, incorporating the world's first free-fall system in a drum winch, that make anchoring a breeze.

The manufacturer said the winches feature a free fall of 600 feet a minute without overruns courtesy of a twin actuated breaking system once the anchor hits the bottom, can power up and down at 80 to 90 feet a minute, and possess a heavy-duty maintenance-free gearbox.

The five models in the new range start with the NG Series Mini 500 for boats four to seven metres up to the NG Series Mighty 1700 for boats 10m-plus.

The Mini 500 has a recommended retail price of $2475 and $3630 for the Mighty 1700.

Stress Free Marine said the NG Series makes those fishing spots you used to dream about now within your reach.
