Welcome to all the glitz and glamour of the 2020 Sanctuary Cove International Boat Show – although not as we know it.
Yep, the COVID-19 pandemic has spoilt the Sanctuary Cove parity this year, with travel bans and pandemic control measures forcing the usual May running of Australia’s largest and most prestigious boating event to fall off the calendar.
It’s a shame because this year’s show was shaping up to be a record-breaker, featuring more boat displays over a larger area of the Sanctuary Cove venue than ever before.
However, organisers haven’t given up hope, with plans to reschedule the show later this year.
In the meantime, though, here’s what we’re missing and how to see it.
