Stacer has announced that its 429 Seaway has been redesigned with a new look. The new Seaway is wider and deeper than previous models offering a bigger 2.04m beam and more freeboard plus improved stability.
The 429 Seaway has been upgraded from the flat-back transom in favour of a new podded style, which not only aids stability but provides better flotation.
A new dual-position rear lounge ensures you can travel to your destination in comfort, and with a lean-through windscreen hatch and new moulded anchor well, the 429 Seaway is a breeze to handle, we're told.
Stacer National Account Manager Drew Jackson said while the 429 Seaway had always been a popular model as an entry-level runabout it had been re-worked to keep up with customer demand.
"Our new 2014 Seaway is rated to carry up to five people which is a huge change and great if you're looking for a manageable runabout you can still take the family out in.
"Other major changes to our 429 Seaway include 3mm bottomsides and new rating of 50hp so there is plenty of power behind this boat," Drew said.
Jackson also said that with a large range of options available you can personalise your 429 Seaway to suit your boating style.
If fishing is your passion, you can option up with a live-bait tank in the back deck, extra rod holders and a VHF radio. Also available are a range of covers and canopies, 50-litre under-floor fuel tank and a stereo.
The 429 Seaway is available as a Stacer Ready 2 Go package including a boat, motor, trailer and three year limited warranty.
Price as standard powered by an Evinrude E-tec 50hp including registration and safety gear is $18,690.00. With a live bait tank, bimini and envelope, maxi bracket and underfloor fuel tank you'll be looking at $20,741.00 from Whitewater Marine in Southport Qld. Go to: www.whitewatermarine.com.au
