TrailerBoat recently cruised at high speed in a Stabicraft 759 past the multimillion dollar homes on the Gold Coast waterways. And it didn't disappoint. Even our model, Hunney, was impressed.
The first Super Cab to feature Stabicraft Marine's ultra-slim line GIII pontoon, the 759 SC GIII Sport showcases nearly 10 years of design and engineering advances.
The slimmer profile means, despite its size, the Stabicraft 759 remains a genuine trailerboat with massive offshore range. In dazzling red, the angled lines soon grow on you when it becomes clear this is the boat to handle any bay or ocean weather.
One of the E-TEC 130s was shut down and the Stabicraft still performed well - great to know for offshore use.
A 275lt fuel tank, underfloor fishbin with pump, optional transom box configurations and bigger V-berth, all make this boat perfect for the fisherman with an emphasis on a large fishing area, excellent storage and cockpit space.
Couple the slimmer profile pontoons with a slight hull modification, positive buoyancy tubes and Stabicraft's stepped chines, and you also get a vastly improved cushioning system for an even smoother ride and better handling.
TrailerBoat took her for a run recently on the Gold Coast waterways and the Stabicraft lived up to its name - smooth and stable. The only time we felt any stress was when it was put into ultra-tight turns and we had to reach for some of the many grabrails to control the G-forces on our bodies. Well worth placing on your shopping list.
