Australian motor yacht marque Riviera expands its more premium Belize line with the option of more entertaining spaceThe Belize 66 Daybridge has had its global debut at this week’s Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show, expanding the more luxurious model line with the option of even more onboard entertaining space.
The cockpit and main deck of the Belize 66 Daybridge largely mimic the Sedan version launched at last year’s Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show.

This includes the port and starboard transom gates leading up from the swim deck backing onto the tender garage, a large, open cockpit with its L-shaped starboard lounge, a U-shaped galley inside the saloon, a forward dining area and a freestanding lounge.
The big difference to the saloon, though, is an internal staircase to port that leads aloft to the flybridge.
Upstairs, the flybridge is wrapped in a low windscreen and features an almost centrally mounted helm station, with seating for three passengers – a forward one faces aft while a pair of aft ones face forward – dedicated to providing the skipper with companionship while underway.
Behind the helm – which features a large, comfortable-looking captain’s chair complete with a joystick control to help with low-speed maneuvering, is a carpeted lounge area with L-shaped seating wrapping around a table to port, and a long lounge to starboard.
A companionway leads to a viewing platform on the trailing edge of the flybridge.
Riviera is offering the Belize 66 Daybridge with the choice of either a soft-top bimini over the helm or the optional hardtop covering almost the entire flybridge space that the Fort Lauderdale show boat wears.
Up front, the Belize 66 Daybridge has a large U-shaped lounge with large storage bins forward. It also has a large table mounted centrally.
The boat on display at Fort Lauderdale features Volvo Penta’s D13 1350 engines and IPS pod drives, the Volvo Penta Glass Cockpit System and joystick controls.
Riviera has 12 craft – its largest display of yachts ever – on show at Fort Lauderdale, including the 545 SUV, its Platinum Edition yachts including the 4800, 5600 and 6000 Sport Yacht, and the Belize 66 Daybridge.
