Half of the available shares have now been sold in an exciting Whitsunday catamaran syndicate from Multihull Solutions, which is urging interested parties to sign up fast before the chance is gone.
The syndication of the spectacular Fountaine Pajot Hélia 44 (a $975,000 fully spec'd cat) has proven extremely popular, making catamaran ownership more affordable than ever. Multihull Solutions says outgoings -- a monthly fee to cover all mooring, maintenance, cleaning, insurance and so on -- are modest.
Only six of the 12 shares (French factory retains one) remain available in the Hélia 44, which will be based at Hamilton Island marina providing shareholders with a minimum of four weeks of Whitsunday cruising each year.
The Hélia 44 will commence its syndication program in June 2014 and the boat is equipped to an outstanding level with a full-factory new-boat warranty.
The comprehensive itinerary includes radar, HF radio, watermaker, icemaker, generator, air conditioning throughout, gennaker, washing machine, solar panels, ungraded engines and more. The Hélia 44 also comes with full kitchen utensils and appliances, fishing gear, spare parts and other ancillary items, and there is essentially nothing to spend on the boat for syndication.
The replacement cost of this Hélia 44 is close to AUD$1.2 million, with a share in the syndicate costs just AUD$81,000 ensuring a proportionally very high return when the boat is sold at the end of the syndicate term. Shares can be secured with just a $2500 refundable deposit.
The Hélia 44 is the ideal cruising catamaran for the Whitsundays, as its light-filled and spacious design make it the epitome of live-aboard luxury.
Syndicate members are also able to join our Hélia 44 as she sails up the east coast of Australia in late March, before being showcased at the 2014 Sanctuary Cove International Boat Show.
