Sessa makes a splash
New prestige Italian brand debuts Down Under and bigger things to come.Premier Yachting has announced its appointment as Australian national dealer for the stylish Italian brand of Sessa motor yachts and cruisers.
Sessa Marine is located near Bergamo Italy and has been building boats since 1972.
Premier says that the latest Sessa range of boats has firmly established Sessa Marine as a major European marque. With modern lines, high build quality and attention to detail, Sessa Marine has made major inroads into the international markets, we're told.
While Sessa Marine is renowned for its motoryacht range with flybridge and sedan-type designs from 40-70ft, it also builds an exceptional line of smaller cruisers between 30 and 40 feet and with its Key Largo dayboats and Dorado cruisers between 20-40ft.
Jim Sismanes, CEO of the Premier Yachting Group, believes that apart from the exceptional quality and outstanding design features of all their vessels Sessa boats are also very competitively priced.
"With the first Sessa C68 (pictured) in production and coming to Royal Brighton Yacht Club in March 2013 and the launch of the C38 at the Summer Boat Show in Melbourne, Sessa yachts will certainly be making a grand entrance into the Australian Boating market," Mr Sismanes says.
Premier Yachting’s head office is located in Melbourne -- the company also handles Catalina and Elan Yachts as well as Cobalt boats -- but is building a network of affiliated brokerage offices across Victoria and Australia.
