Secret outboards on the way

Honda Marine is remaining tight-lipped about the details of two new high-tech 75 and 90hp models, which are to be released in Australia later this year

The advanced four-stroke BF75 and BF90 models, which were previewed at this year’s Sydney International Boat Show in early August, feature exciting industry-first technologies.

Honda Marine manager Tim Davies said these new additions to the Honda outboard line-up would bring improved levels of power, finesse and efficiency to the mid-size outboard market.

“The new BF75 and BF90 outboards will significantly bolster the Honda range and offer greater choice for consumers wanting a blend of power, reliability and refinement without compromising fuel efficiency,” Davies said.

“The release is eagerly anticipated and I can assure boating enthusiasts that the wait will be worthwhile.

“I see both models being ideal for a multitude of uses but particularly appealing to both amateur and professional anglers.”

Honda’s new BF75 and BF90 will be released in coming months.
