Sea-Doo SAR

New Sea-Doo designed specificially for search and rescue

Sea-Doo has announced the launch of a new model which is designed with all aspects of search and rescue in mind. The company says the all-new Sea-Doo SAR, a Search and Rescue watercraft, combines all the features you need to respond to life threatening situations.

It is designed for breathtaking rescue performance, from surf to whitewater, during a flood or along a rocky coast. The Sea-Doo SAR watercraft excels in rescue missions but is also ideal for evacuation, surveillance and interception, we're told.

BRP has spared no effort to create the ultimate rescue watercraft. Its dual sponsons and running boards give the Sea-Doo SAR the stability and buoyancy needed in surf and whitewater, while its shallow water features, including shock protective elastomer coating, anti-debris water intake grate, stainless steel wear ring, internal heat exchanger, and shock-protected cooling system, make the SAR model ideal for quick response during natural disasters (checkout the video below).

The Sea-Doo SAR groundbreaking design includes Rotax engines, Sea-Doo’s Closed-Loop Cooling System (CLCS) and its Intelligent Brake and Reverse (iBR) system. SAR watercraft customers also get the established BRP Sea-Doo brand distribution and service network and a 12-month warranty from the manufacturer.
