The 455 Scorpion is available as a centre and side console and for the first time is also available as a tiller steer model.
Built with tough 3mm smooth side sheets and a soft riding, reliable hull the 455 Scorpion is packed with all the fishing essentials to get you out on the water quick.
Features include a front and rear casting platform complete with a live-bait tank, battery tray and plenty of storage.
Savage Director of Sales and Marketing Damien Duncan said with the new Scorpion range replacing the previous Piranha model line-up it was important to include the tiller-steer option as it was in clear demand from the company's customer base.
"The 435 and 455 Scorpions are the first models in this range of boats that have been available as a tiller steer and we are expecting it to be very popular with our dealers and customers," Duncan said.
Duncan added that owners can option up the 455 Scorpion with a rod storage locker, bimini and envelope, 70-litre underfloor fuel tank and extra storage bins to create a truly unstoppable fishing machine.
The Scorpion range also includes 435 and 485 models available in a range of different configurations, so there is sure to be one to suit every keen fisherman.
The 455 Scorpion is available as a complete boating package including boat, trailer and engine as well as a three-year limited warranty for a smidge over $20K.
