SANCTUARY COVE BOAT SHOW: Horizon Motor Yachts attains new heights

In 30 years, Horizon Motor Yachts has built and delivered more than 800 yachts, including the flagship EP150 expedition superyacht, to owners around the world. The established Taiwanese yard has unveiled innovative new designs and expanded the Horizon family to offer sales and support in 60 countries.

To help celebrate, the Sanctuary Cover International Boat Show will have an impressive luxury line up featuring the stylish Horizon E75, Horizon E88, the E56XO Sports Yacht, and a range of quality second-hand Horizon’s for sale.

The new Horizon E75 motor yacht is an evolution in design of the extremely popular E73 model. With a few similar design features, the E75 capitalises on the success of the E73 but takes form and function to the next level.

Consulting with Horizon owners around the world, the Horizon design team took their feedback onboard and responded with new concepts and designs for both the interior and exterior.

The stylish exterior of the E75 follows the successful lines of the E88 motoryacht, while the interior features increased volume and numerous entertaining areas to accommodate several guests on board steps up to the superyacht league.

Entertaining with family and friends becomes a true pleasure with a creative foredeck seating area, exterior bar on the boat deck, and an incredible aft deck for luxurious, shaded relaxation. This E75 provides the amenities and space of a far larger yacht in a profile that is still sharp and seakindly.

With an LOA of 94 feet and 21-foot beam, the Horizon E88 has been customised to suit Australian clientele, offering a spacious four-stateroom layout, plus crew quarters aft of the engines, and a skylounge that provides a comfortable place to pilot the yacht during extreme weather conditions. One of the biggest features is the flybridge heated jacuzzi and bar.

The E88 has formal dining in the main salon as a well as built-in U-shaped seating, both of which are perfect for enjoying the scenery, relaxing with a movie, or sipping on cocktails with guests.

But the great thing about this luxury 94-footer is that it can be easily handled by a couple and the addition of a Yacht Controller.

Horizon’s first sportyacht model, the E56XO combines sleek exterior styling and numerous outdoor amenities with luxurious interior accommodations. She is based on the popular E56 model but offers new alfresco entertaining areas, including a custom-designed aft deck transom cabinet that transforms into a serving area and forward deck dinette and sun pads.

The E56XO and her spacious 15’9” beam provides a fully-equipped galley, flexible saloon area, and lower helm on the main saloon level, along with three comfortable guest staterooms — a full-beam Master, VIP cabin in the bow, and twin guest cabin to starboard all below decks.

Powered by twin 705hp Caterpillar C12 ACERT engines, the Horizon E56XO also honours her sportsyacht tag.
