Riviera has teased it will use the 2022 Sanctuary Cove International Boat Show to reveal two new models that will join its growing range of luxury motor yachts.
The two new models will be the first of a number of the show’s anticipated global new model reveals that is expected to include a more detailed look at the upcoming Maritimo S75 sedan revealed on the final day of 2021.
One of the new Riviera models could be the sedan version of the Riviera 78 Motor Yacht that was unveiled last year, and is already in build. To date, the Riviera 78 – the largest luxury motor yacht the brand has ever built – has been confirmed in either open or enclosed flybridge layouts.
The large motor yacht brands will be out in force, with the likes of Palm Beach confirming it will have a number of new boats on display, including the Palm Beach GT60 and the Grand Banks 60.
More information will also be on hand for anyone interested in the flagship Grand Banks 85 revealed at the 2021 Palm Beach International Boat Show
The new-boat action won’t be confined to just the big boats, with Australian Marine Centre locking in the Australian release of the Invincible 33 powered catamaran, a serious saltwater fishing platform with up to 900hp of outboard-engined performance on tap.
Meanwhile, jet ski specialist JSW Powersports has teased it will have the entire three-model Sea-Doo Fish Pro range on display including the 130 Scout, 170 Pro and 170 Trophy.
It will also have Malibu’s newest Australian-built bowrider, the Malibu Wakesetter 21LX, and a new range of Seabob water toys.
It will also host the Australian debut of the Sea Fox 328 Commander, a 10-metre saltwater centre console capable of hitting 50 knots when equipped with the range-topping 450hp Mercury Racing outboard engines.
This year’s show on the Gold Coast will dedicate 25,000 square metres to trailer boats with brands on display including Quintrex, Yamaha, Jeanneau, Northside Marine, JSW Powersports, Sea-Doo, Nautique, Stejcraft, BRIG, Sailfish Catamarans, Voyager Catamarans, Mercury, Zodiac, Honda and Mastercraft.
The larger luxury motor yacht brands booking berths for the on-water display include Riviera, Princess Yachts, Palm Beach, Maritimo, Horizon, Alexander Marine, Integrity, Whitehaven, brokers Eyachts, Fleming, Beneteau, Axopar, Lagoon and Iliad.
The show will also include a large display of boat electronics and accessories from brands that will include Garmin, Fusion, Navionics, Raymarine, Dometic, Lowrance, VETUS-Maxwell, International Paint, Awlgrip, Dockmate and marine retail specialists BLA.
The 2022 Sanctuary Cove International Boat Show will run from May 19-22.
