Riviera has today celebrated the unveiling tomorrow of its flagship new Riviera 645 SUV by giving the world an early taste – via helicopter.
The grand sedan was today teased in a short video posted to Riviera’s social media channels, tracking the 645 SUV’s progress as it cut through the water out in the Pacific Ocean, just offshore from the Gold Coast factory in which it was built.
Riviera plans a special extravaganza-laden unveiling tomorrow night on the Gold Coast ahead of the boat going on display at the 2021 Sanctuary Cove International Boat Show on May 20.
It will be the first time the public will have the chance to get up close to the new dual-level luxury long-range cruiser.
The video, shot from the chase helicopter, shows the Riviera 645 SUV running fast, pushing along at more than 32 knots before gracefully peeling out into a turn.
According to Riviera, the Riviera 645 SUV was undergoing its final sea trials at the time the video was shot.
The video is the first moving image of the new sports yacht.
Riviera plans to have a 12-boat line-up at the 2021 Sanctuary Cove International Boat Show on Thursday, with the Riviera 645 SUV taking pride of place in the display.
The Riviera 645 SUV boasts the largest watersport and fishing cockpit in the Gold Coast-based luxury motor yacht maker’s now six-model SUV series.
The 2021 Sanctuary Cove International Boat Show opens on Thursday and runs until Sunday.
