Riv's new 75 Enclosed Flybridge debuts in May

Riviera Festival and Boat Show will feature $15m worth of boats

Riviera’s newest flagship model, the 75 Enclosed Flybridge will make its world debut at the Riviera Festival and Boat Show where the company will display an impressive line-up of new boats valued at $15 million.

Riviera will host its own Festival and Boat Show over four days from May 24 to 27 at Riviera’s world-class manufacturing facility at Coomera. There will be a range of interactive displays, exclusive educational and social events for Riviera owners, factory tours, and a Premium Brokerage Showcase featuring a wide range of selected pre-loved Riviera models.

Riviera’s director of brand and sales Stephen Milne said the inaugural Riviera Festival and Boat Show was one of the company’s most ambitious endeavours in its 32 year history.

"We are proud to have all of our newest and most popular models on display at the boat show including the world release of our new 75 Enclosed Flybridge, new 53 Enclosed Flybridge, new 43 Open Flybridge, 5800 Sport Yacht and 5000 Sport Yacht to name but a few," Mr Milne said.

"The event is gaining further momentum with key sponsors and partners coming on board including Cummins, Raymarine, Onan, Twin Disc, and Simrad who will all have interactive displays on the waterfront."

There will be a range displays from Riviera partners including an extensive display from R Electronics featuring the latest in marine electronics and navigation, an aftermarket and service display providing tips and advice on maintaining or restoring your vessel, an R Style exhibit where Riviera’s interior consultant Vivienne Sales will give you some expert tips on choosing co-ordinating soft furnishings for your vessel, and the team from Riviera Syndication  will showcase one of their newest luxury sport yachts and explain the benefits of owning a boat through syndication.

"Reaction to the Festival and Boat Show has created great interest and we are expecting quite a crowd over the four-day event which could potentially have thousands of Riviera owners from around the globe uniting here at Riviera’s Gold Coast headquarters for what will be a memorable experience," Milne added.

The new 75 was built for a New Zealand owner who wants to undertake extensive cruising and game fishing expeditions.

The 75 will feature a larger cockpit and flybridge than the 70 Enclosed Flybridge, making it Riviera’s new flagship model and the largest semi-production flybridge boat built in Australia.

Riviera’s large boat program project manager Paul Wrench said the 75’s larger sized cockpit would be excellent for both sport fishing and entertaining.

"There is sleeping accommodation for up to 12 in four separate cabins each with their own ensuite, an aft galley which is centrally located between the cockpit and saloon which opens to the mezzanine alfresco dining area through a large awning window and stainless steel and glass door. The aft galley positioning can also easily serve the flybridge,” he said.

"This new design will be a winner for Riviera as it features even more entertaining space and is ideally suited for long range cruising."

The 75 is fully air conditioned, including separate units for the flybridge, saloon, dining area, galley, all cabins and bathrooms.
