d’Albora has officially unveiled the newly rebranded Pacific Point Marina & Boatyard on the northern Gold Coast, marking the completion of the first stage of a broader redevelopment project at the former Horizon Shores Marina site in Steiglitz, Queensland.
The rebrand follows a significant investment by d’Albora, Australia’s largest premium marina and hospitality network, and was marked by an official launch event on 28 August attended by tenants, members and industry representatives.
Stage One of the redevelopment included the addition of 54 new marina berths sized 16 and 20 metres, refurbishment of the marina amenities block, resurfacing of car parks and general landscaping upgrades aimed at improving access and presentation across the waterfront precinct.

d’Albora Managing Director Julien Pouteau said the changes represent a new direction for the site, with a focus on positioning it as a more functional and modern destination for the boating community, tenants and visitors.
The marina now offers more than 550 wet berths and 334 dry storage spaces, along with 24/7 fuel, a full-service boatyard equipped with a 70-tonne travel lift, dry storage facilities, the Anchorage Café, and a range of tenant-operated marine services.
Further development is planned under Stage Two, which will expand commercial leasing opportunities, increase berth and dry storage capacity, deliver a new amenities block, and introduce a larger café space as part of ongoing upgrades to the precinct.
The broader redevelopment forms part of d’Albora’s ongoing investment strategy across its East Coast marina portfolio, which the company says is aimed at supporting infrastructure growth and strengthening boating communities.
