Recfishwest family fishing day
All invited to Hillarys Boat Harbour this WA DayThis coming WA Day, June 3, Recfishwest is inviting all keen West Australian fishers to enjoy a fun-filled family fishing event on the beach at Hillarys Boat Harbour.
Recfishwest says it is moving toward a new chapter -- and a new look -- and they'd like to celebrate with you by sharing the joy of recreational fishing at a series of free fishing clinics run by the pros, with lots of prizes to be given away throughout the afternoon.
Among the special guests will be former West Coast Eagles star and Radio 6PR radio host Karl Langdon and other local sporting legends.
Recfishwest said that it actively promotes that fishing isn't just for the pros.
It's for the mums and dads who spend weekends taking the boat out with the kids -- and the families who want to get away from the house and just stand on a beach or river somewhere with a fishing rod.
The afternoon will kick off at 12.00pm at the northern beach at Hillarys Boat Harbour on WA Day long weekend Monday June 3, 2013. It will conclude at around 3.00pm
