Raymarine launches lockdown marine electronics seminars
What do you do when you have a whole bunch of marine electronics specialists sitting at home? Make them available onlineStuck in lockdown? Marine electronics group Raymarine has launched a webinar series that aims to educate boaters and anglers on how to get the most from their onboard electronics.
The move taps into Raymarine’s pool of experts who, just like most of us, are stuck at home while the COVID-19 pandemic sweeps the globe.

The Raymarine Webinar Series will draw on their knowledge to provide valuable tips and advice on using marine electronics.
“Held live online each week, the Raymarine Webinar Series is hosted by Raymarine experts, pro ambassadors, and industry professionals who educate, inform, and provide valuable insights into navigation, boating, fishing and marine electronics,” Raymarine said.
“Each informative and entertaining webinar covers a distinct topic.” Recent topics include fishing technology for modern anglers; tools for cruising and racing sailors; and the FLIR M300-Series range of day, night and thermo-imaging camera technologies.
While the live webinars are held to suit US times, Raymarine also is archiving them on its website and Raymarine YouTube channel so that Australian viewers can catch up with them.
