R Marine Sydney wins Dealer of the Year

Mike Joyce, Dealer Principal of R Marine Sydney, said this was a true achievement for the dealership, which will continue to grow and progress. He also said it was a great team effort and he thanked his expert team, which has more experience with Riviera boats than most.

"Sales are increasing year on year, but it's a real mix of sport yachts, SUVs and flybridge cruisers.

"But the thing now is that people won't buy a new boat unless it's got IPS and the joysticks. Even the traditionalists are coming in and asking for it… for the fuel economy and ease of use… the market has really matured."

Joyce also said buyers are making their purchasing decision for new Riviera boats based on his R Marine Sydney service and back-up.

"There's a lot of confidence in the brand, its a very solid business, with top warranty and service support," Joyce adds.

The Riviera and Belize Dealership of the year is a judged across a range of criteria including after-sales service, client functions and events, marketing, and overall sales.

R Marine Sydney recently launched a new service centre based out of White Bay in Balmain, while increasing the number of Riviera and Belize owner events throughout the year.
