Quicksilver expands RIB range

The 290 Ocean Runner RIB (Rigid Inflatable Boat) has been added to the Quicksilver Inflatable Boat range line-up for 2006, available in Hypalon and Duratex material.

The 290 Ocean Runner is fun, easy to handle and has the strength and durability of a fibreglass hull, providing a smoother, more stable ride.

All Quicksilver models feature patented Quick Lift end-cones for quicker planing and a dry, stable ride.

They also ensure a drier ride coming off the plane, with less backwash from the transom design.

The Quick Lift end-cones also give lift and buoyancy in the transom area, as well as  stability in adverse weather conditions.

Three eyebolts and two U-bolts on the outside of the transom make the Ocean Runner ideal as it can be used for fishing, cruising and is perfect as a tender. Five davit lifting points and 3 lifting handles ensure easy lifting, storage and transport.

The 290 comes with a double action hand pump, air-pressure gauge, repair kit, T-style paddle system, aluminium seat and non-skid decks for safety.

There is a choice of two different long life fabrics - tough Hypalon XD, which has a five-year warranty, or the economical Duratex HD with a three-year fabric warranty.
