The 600 Challenger is a stylish six-metre half-cabin trailerboat whose multipurpose design can be tailored for fishing, sport or leisure, while the sleek styling and luxury features will set the benchmark for other boats in this class, said the builder.

The 600 Challenger is a directional boat, with exceptional handling in following and quarter seas, said the manufacturer, adding that the unique hull design maintains a very dry cockpit and comfortable dry ride, which is one of the main feedbacks from owners.

Pursuit Boats said the hull length and great internal width makes this vessel a soft ride in good conditions, as well as a stable and surefooted craft when adverse conditions prevail.

The powerful and reliable Suzuki four-stroke 150hp outboard, powers through rough seas and easily gets up on the plane under 3000rpm for excellent fuel economy, said the company.

Each boat has many standard options that other brands consider as extras, said Pursuit Boats, including hydraulic steering, cabin and cockpit lighting, padded side coamings, to name a few.

Pursuit Boats said the roomy cabin converts into one large sleeping area with the addition of infill cushions.

For versatility and comfort, the manufacturer said there are removable back seats, a removable walkthrough door, and seat risers with sliders and swivels. Pursuit Boats said an under-floor foam core fill and built-in fire extinguisher box reflect the manufacturer's focus on safety for this family friendly boat.

For the keen fisherman, Pursuit Boats said every detail has been has been thoroughly researched, from a fully plumbed livebait tank with inbuilt light and aerator pump, and built-in cool box with through-floor draining.
