The Princess F58 has been named Best Flybridge Yacht Over 55ft at the 2026 Motor Boat Awards, with the accolade announced during boot Düsseldorf, the world’s largest indoor boat show.
Presented by Motor Boat & Yachting, the award recognises the 18.2m flybridge cruiser for its intelligent design, clever use of space and standout build quality in one of the most hotly contested categories. Judges highlighted the F58’s ability to blend luxury, practicality and performance in a package that feels both refined and highly liveable.
Key to that success is a layout rarely seen in this size class, including a dedicated main-deck dining area, a light-filled saloon, a highly social flybridge and a well-balanced three-cabin accommodation plan. Compared with the outgoing F55, the F58 delivers noticeable gains in volume, flow and overall comfort, making it particularly well suited to family cruising and entertaining.

Designed and built in Plymouth, England, the F58 reflects the British craftsmanship for which Princess Yachts is renowned. Power comes from twin MAN V8-1000 or V8-1200 engines, delivering relaxed cruising speeds in the 20–25-knot range and top speeds beyond 30 knots, with confident handling across varying conditions.
Princess Yachts Australia Managing Director, Greg Haines, said the award was a strong endorsement of the model’s all-round appeal.
“The Princess F58 is a remarkable yacht and this award is a powerful endorsement of just how well she’s been conceived and executed,” Haines said.

“What sets the F58 apart is the way she delivers genuine liveability without compromising performance or refinement.”
Judges echoed that sentiment, describing the F58 as “a standout example of how thoughtful design can elevate the ownership experience,” citing its luxurious yet practical layout, comfort and build quality.
Now arrived in Australia, the Princess F58 will be available for viewing from early March.
