To mark the opening of the stunning new Princess Yachts Australia facility in Fremantle, 300 guests were recently invited to join a lavish reception at the new floating 'showroom', customer-care and service facility.
A flotilla of new Princess motoryachts was on display, alongside a raft of Bentley motor cars courtesy of Chellingworth Motors. Joining the luxury lineup was a stunning jewellery collection by Australian designer Linneys.
Of course, guests enjoyed oysters and Moët & Chandon champagne -- Princess is part of the LVMH Group after all -- while an impressive light display illuminated the Princess motoryachts on the floating showroom.
The latest development and investment by Princess Yachts Australia is part of a year-long expansion of their retail premises and marinas on the Eastern Seaboard and West Coast.
To support the expanding network in WA, Princess Yachts Australia went to considerable lengths to create a leading sales and service facility within Fremantle harbour.
The new superyacht marina can accommodate a total of 20 vessels including as many as four Princess 40Ms (the UK yard recently handed over the second 40M to a new customer).
While the marina will showcase the largest display of new and used luxury motoryachts in WA, the new headquarters also includes a specialist shop for parts. Customers have the option of berthing alongside the showroom and enjoying the hospitality within the customer lounge while their craft is serviced.
A team of expert electrical technicians and shipwrights runs the handy on-site workshop. Princess is certainly making waves in WA and there are exiting new models releases planned in 2014.
