Price drop on marine TV tuner
Oceantalk Australia said it has almost halved the cost of mobile TV tuners with the introduction of the SuperDigi SprintThe distributor said the introduction of the SuperDigi TV tuner more than three years ago was a breakthrough in on board TV reception.
Now with the SuperDigi Sprint, many of the features of the premium quality tuner are available at almost half the price, said Oceantalk.
Features include ‘radar defensive’ technology and that the Sprint is also noise defensive, for better protection against electrical interference.
The distributor said the Sprint is a robust product developed specifically for marine use with extensive trials including vibration and heat soak testing, and corrosion protection.
It all adds up to a better picture in poor reception areas, adverse conditions and even at high speeds, said Oceantalk adding, the new tuner has a 24-month warranty – twice that of most other brands.
The recommended retail price is $529, including marine grade antennas, 10m of cable, and 12 to 30V inputs.
The SuperDigi Sprint is compatible with the SuperDigi Signal Stretcher for low signal conditions.
