Power Equipment acquires Minards Diesel
In a move destined to support and strengthen Australia's network of Yanmar dealers, Power Equipment said it has acquired the Toronto, NSW-based business of Minards Diesel, effective on February 1Minards Diesel will continue to trade under its existing business name and continue to operate as a fully-authorised Yanmar sales and service dealer.
Under the previous management and leadership of Richard Minards, Minards Diesel grew to become one of the leading Australian-based Yanmar dealers, said Power Equipment adding, the company is an industry leader not only in local and domestic sales, but also in supporting Yanmar users in remote locations throughout the South Pacific area.
Power Equipment will relocate Minards Diesel to a new facility in the Newcastle area and until that time, all contact details for Minards Diesel remain unchanged.
