Plastimo's new inflatable range
European company launches 20 models from tenders to RIBsThe full line of inflatable boats from leading European manufacturer Plastimo is now available in Australia.
The boats are being imported and marketed by marine safety product supplier RFD Australia and will range from a two-metre soft floor tender to a 3.5 metre RIB.
Plastimo has been manufacturing inflatables in Europe for almost 40 years and RFD claims the range will be ideal for Australian conditions.
The boats range from the Raid Tender series which are compact and easy to store, through the Fun Series with an inflatable v-style hull, to the Yacht Tender range with six models with rigid hulls ranging from 2.4 metres to 3.5 metres.
Standard Plastimo inflatables are made from Heytex fabric, a multi-layer material with excellent air retention and resistance to abrasion, UV light and the marine environment.
Also available will be a CharterSeries of boats manufactured from heavy duty Hupalon material and designed for use in tropical environments.
