Whittley Boats has teased an all-new outboard-engined version of the Whittley CR 2600 that was to have made its debut at May’s 2020 Sanctuary Cove International Boat Show.
The mid-size cruiser was previously available as a stern-drive model, featuring either a 200hp or optional 280hp Volvo Penta V6 inboard engine.
In images teased on social media, the new outboard engine-driven model features a 200hp Yamaha F200 four-stroke outboard engine.
The base inboard-powered Whittley CR 2600 is priced from $161,900. Features include a 210-litre fuel tank, 100-litre water tank, sliding windows and sunroof in the enclosed hardtop, walk-around side decks, wet head with shower and chemical toilet, a methylated spirits-fuelled cooker, combination fridge and freezer, and a lockable cabin door.
Other features include a pressurised cockpit shower for rinsing off after a swim, large aft swim deck, side and rear clears with a zip-in door, and an electric-braked drive-on galvanised dual-axle Mackay trailer.
Key options include a bow thruster, Fusion audio system, rear rails tat enclose the swim platform, Zipwake trim tabs and a cockpit table.
No details have yet been released on the specifications for the outboard-engined version of the Whittley CR 2600 Outboard.
Whittley Boats provides a virtual showroom of its products. However, the new Whittley CZR 2600 Outboard is yet to be added to it.
