New MercMonitor has SmartCraft, Smart Tow and GPS
Never before has so much information been available through such a small screen.MercMonitor integrates three info and control systems - SmartCraft, Smart Tow and GPS.
Being fully compatible with SmartCraft technology, the MercMonitor is said to provide access to all manner of data such as speed, rpm, cooling water temperature, water depth and fuel consumption.
The SmartCraft system can also display information on peripheral items such as a generator, sounder, HVAC and inverter/charger.
Never before has so much information been available through such a small screen.
The device has a tri-colour LED screen that allows owners to choose their colour and the MercMonitor is available in a chrome, black or white bezel.
The Smart Tow technology will appeal to skiiers. According to Mercury Marine it allows drivers to select the ideal Tow Profile for the person being pulled out of the water. There's even a Cruise Control system that can provide the steady speeds necessary for some wake boarding and water skiing.
