The new 315 is designed with versatility in mind and can be configured as a day boat, a weekender for a couple or a family cruiser.
The boat comes standard with a tiller and cockpit-floor traveller. This layout is ideal for short-handed sailing and easily allows optimal trim of the main.
Twin-wheel steering is an option which is quite a novel concept on a 31ft yacht. Buyers looking for a more relaxed style of sailing can opt for a folding table with the twin-wheel setup. All lines can be led aft and the Hanse signature self-tacking headsail ensures easy sailing on board this comfortable entertainer.
The stern can be completely closed off with a bathing platform delivering safety at sea and an extra play area at anchor. Hanse tells us that the 315 is the first yacht in its class to receive CE Category A .
The versatility of the 315 continues below decks. Buyers can choose from an open bulkhead forward with large double berth or a closed bulkhead, small seat and double berth. Down aft, there is a double cabin with a thwart berth.
The interior offers impressive headroom of 1.91m in the companionway and 1.77m in the bow. The standing height in the functional areas like the galley and storage area is achieved via a lowered floor.
