Fusion Entertainment has release a new cost-effective AM/FM and Bluetooth stereo, the MS-RA55, touted as the most compact stereo system from the Kiwi marine-entertainment company yet.
The MS-RA55 is said to deliver clear and dynamic sound reproduction in a marinised, space-saving chassis. The sleek front-face finish with a shallow-mount case design and new low-profile allows for easy installation on small boats, tenders and personal watercraft, adding quality sound to vessels that previously lacked the space for a full-feature stereo system.
Multi-Zone technology, allowing independent control of the balance and volume level in two separate audio zones, also includes linking of Zone 1 and 2 together and setting volume limits. An additional line out and sub out are included and linked to Zone 1 for the optional inclusion of an amplified speaker set.
With Bluetooth audio streaming, users can stream music from any compatible device to the MS-RA55, allowing you to enjoy apps such as Pandora, Spotify and Apple Music while on the water, and with the ability to skip tracks and adjust volume from both the stereo face and the connected device.
"We take our role as the innovator in audio design very seriously," said Chris Baird, managing director, Fusion Entertainment.
"With the release of the ultra-compact MS-RA55, we are bringing Fusion sound to a new class of boater. Whether taking the dinghy to the yacht or tearing through the waves on a personal watercraft, every boater deserves to have Fusion entertainment onboard."
The large 2.6-inch LCD display on the MS-RA55 is daylight viewable with adjustable contrast to ensure easy operation in any light level. The LCD display is also able to resist extreme temperatures and direct sunlight.
When mounted as intended, the front face of the stereo is rated IPx5 waterproof, meaning it's able to withstand the harshest marine environments.
Fusion says it builds products that exceed regulatory standards, using the latest technologies of parent company Garmin’s international ISO accredited manufacturing facility.
The Fusion MS-RA55 is available for purchase from authorised dealers and retailers around the world. For more information on the new MS-RA55 audio entertainment system, Fusion Entertainment and its marine audio products, see www.fusionentertainment.com.
