Navigator Upgrades For WA Riviera 51

Offshore Marine Technology (OMT), the manufacturer of Navigator helm seats and cranes, said when boat owner Kyle Surman first saw the Navigator Compact Crane at the Sydney Boatshow in 2006 he was impressed with its style and ease of use

And, said OMT, when it came time for Surman choosing what crane to place on his new Riviera 51, he decided to go against the factory standard and place the Navigator Compact Crane on Summer Salt, with installation by Greg Swain Marine at Coomera on behalf of Beacon Marine, Perth.

Surman said: "It's like chalk and cheese. My crane is so quiet no one can hear me placing my tender in the water in the morning. But, those other cranes on boats are so noisy they wake everyone up, whether at the marina or in a quiet bay."

"Anyone who wants to come and have a look at Summer Salt is welcome to," said Surman.

OMT said Summer Salt is the first Riviera 51 in WA fitted with a Navigator Crane. It also has standard Navigator Helm Seats, upgraded with headrests and Premium Pneumatic Pedestals.
