More berths for Melbourne
Pier 35 to expand its marinaIn a tremendous boost for the Melbourne boating industry, d’Albora Marinas' Pier 35 will have 14 new marina berths just in time for Christmas.
Already Australia’s largest marina group with seven properties accommodating over 1400 boats along the east coast, d’Albora at Pier 35 offers customers the opportunity to be centrally located in Port Melbourne with easy access to all that Melbourne’s waterways have to offer.
Building work has begun on 14 new 14-metre marina berths, which are due to open in this month and will bring the total number of berths at Pier 35 to 76.
When you add the dry storage capacity of 300 rack-and-stack spaces, Pier 35 is one of the largest facilities in Melbourne.

The construction works are underway with completion anticipated by December 20.
