Bar Crusher says it will have over a neat dozen of its trailerable fishing boats on display at the Melbourne Boat Show opening June 17-20.
The range will cover the popular folding-roof cuddy cabin (C) series, centre console/walk-around (XS and WR) series, hard top (HT) offshore series, right up to its hard top pilothouse (HTP) series.
Specifically, the models will include the 490C, 490WR, 535C, 535XS, 575C, 575HT, 615C, 615HT, 670C, 670HT, 730HT, 780HT and 780HTP.
The 2016 model range boasts a number of innovations, including Bar Crusher’s new Game Lock coaming (575 to 780 hull series), which allows you to establish a secure position while fighting big fish. This new design also adds to the boat's cockpit space.
New hard tops and dash layouts, re-designed rocket launchers, extra heavy-duty bowsprits and bow/grab rails, and fresh paint schemes are other new features have been included to improve your Bar Crusher boating and fishing experience.
All models from the 490 through to the 615 are also now built on Bar Crusher’s industry-leading Gen2 hull, with a wide negative chine running forward, optimised wider chine aft and a complex V-shaped planing plank.
The result, says the boatbuilder, is greater hydrodynamic lift for more efficient planing and improved fuel economy, a higher bow attitude and better spray deflection for a drier ride.
All the Bar Crusher boats on display will be factory-packaged on a custom trailers designed for easy and short-handed towing, launching and retrieving. More at www.melbourneinternationalboatshow.com.au.
