Maritimo has teased the last of eight new or vastly improved models it planned to show in 2021, revealing early renders of the Maritimo S75, the sedan version of the flagship M75 flybridge cruiser.
There are no details of the S75 ahead of a full reveal expected early in 2022, with final details of the flagship sedan’s fit-out believed to be still being rendered.
However, Maritimo insiders have already tagged the new model as a “stunning single-level vessel” ahead of its expected debut potentially in time for the 2022 Sanctuary Cove International Boat Show in May.
The Maritimo S75 appears to closely follow the low, flowing lines of the flybridge-equipped model, although with a much sleeker profile than its sibling.
The Maritimo S75 keeps the same extended lower deck as the flybridge flagship, meaning this will be a motor yacht that will be as much about the enjoyment of the outdoors as it is about luxurious living inside.
The announcement comes as Martimo’s entry in the 2021 Sydney Hobart Yacht Race, Maritimo 11, provisionally finished second in its division and 11th overall in the race standings after last year’s event was cancelled in the wake of the growing COVID-19 pandemic, spoiling the then newly acquired racing yacht's debut.
The tease of the Maritimo S75 caps off a big year of innovative new models for the Gold Coast-based luxury motor yacht maker, which has included extended-deck S6000 and M6000 Offshore models, all-new S55 and M55, and the S60 and M60, as well as the M75 first shown last month.
The brand will close the books on 2021 as its most successful year in its almost two decades of boatbuilding.
