Maritimo has confirmed it will launch a sedan version of its M600 Offshore by early next year as it announced the global reveal of the flybridge-equipped M55 and S55 sedan motor yachts.
The Maritimo S600 Offshore will feature the same extended cockpit as its flybridge-equipped sister model, stretching 18.3 meters from bow to stern and with a beam of 5.23 metres. In fact, the two boats will only differ on displacement; 33,600kg for the M600 versus 32,600kg for the sedan.
Details about the S600 Offshore are few at this point – Maritimo is holding onto many of the details as it focuses on the global launch this week of its M55 flybridge and S55 sedan – with more to be revealed in coming weeks.
However, while the space below decks with accommodation for six people across three staterooms looks just the same on the S600 Offshore as it does on the M600-badged version, the saloon space is very different given that the boat does not need the fat-facing internal staircase leading up to a flybridge.
The Maritimo S600 Offshore also shows a similar feature to the S55 launched at the 20212 Sanctuary Cove International Boat Show this week; a ladder in the cockpit leading up to a storage space on the hardtop large enough for a 3.8-metre tender and davit, or tie-down points for kayaks or stand-up paddleboards.
Production of the new Maritimo S600 Offshore is expected to start late this year.
Maritimo has its new M55 and S55 on display at the 2021 Sanctuary Cove International Boat Show, which runs until Sunday.
