One of the world’s most successful, high-end audio visual manufacturers, Bang and Olufsen, has partnered with Australian luxury cruiser manufacturer, Maritimo, to provide a high-quality sound and visual package for new boat buyers.
Bang and Olufsen has established partnerships with luxury carmakers such as Audi, Aston Martin, Mercedes-AMG and BMW and also with a number of major luxury hotel chain operators.
"The B and O range of musical systems and televisions is world renowned and it is a pleasure for us to be able to partner with them and provide such high quality products in our Maritimo range," said Maritimo sales and marketing manager Greg Haines.
Bang and Olufsen’s general manager, Julian Kipping, said the company was thrilled to be partnering with Maritimo.
"Bang and Olufsen and Maritimo stand for timeless luxury and quality and we share a common dedication to performance, style and passion," he said. "We are pleased to be able to offer unprecedented sound quality and listening pleasure to Maritimo owners."
Mr Haines said a Maritimo M58 cruising motoryacht currently under production at Maritimo’s Coomera plant was the first in the range to be completely fitted out with Bang and Olufsen equipment.
"This is the type of quality product that fits perfectly with what we are delivering and in future all Maritimo buyers will be given the choice to include a Bang and Olufsen sound and visual package in their new boat," he said.
"We are very pleased to have been able to establish this relationship."
