Maritimo will launch its exciting new X60 at the 2018 Sanctuary Cove International Boat Show following taking pre-sale deposits on the model and a new Regency Suite option that turns up the volume in the owner’s stateroom.
Tom Barry-Cotter, the son of Maritimo founder Bill, said a new alternate Regency Suite option has been developed to expand the accommodation footprint from three cabins to two enlarged ones with an expansive king bed master.
However, the flexibility of the X60’s aft cabin enables the area to be optioned as a cavernous VIP guest cabin, or a beach club, or, well, pretty much whatever you fancy.
"Our R&D program has worked very closely with our customers in identifying user needs and how best to capitalise on the versatility of the X60 aft cabin design," Barry-Cotter said.
Barry-Cotter said Maritimo’s long-range performance and proven engineering, coupled with such versatile living arrangements, all cloaked in beautiful finishes and form, is going to create something very special.
"Strong interest is developing, with early X60s on order scheduled for New Zealand, North American and European destinations," he said.
We also have it on good authority that there are multiple new X-Series models in development and scheduled for release over the next 24 months.
And that points to the changing face of motor-yacht production these days, where the scope for customisation and flexibility are essential ingredients when working with different owners.
