NSW-based RIB and sports yacht specialist Nautilus Australia will use the 2023 Sydney International Boat Show to introduce Italian dayboat maker Lilybaeum Yachts.
The boat to launch the brand Down Under will be the Lilybaeum Levanzo 25, a boat featuring a high-flared bow with a deep 22-degree aft deadrise, flowing hull lines and high sides, riding on a hull that it says gives excellent stability and a perfect dry deck in all conditions.
Nautilus Australia Director Dmitriy Dubbs said Lilybaeum was chosen for the quality of the build, its craftsmanship and the luxury design.
“This class of luxury day boat cruiser traditionally comes with inboard engines but Lilybaeum has developed the Levanzo 25, designed with outboard engines, which means easy maintenance, no moving parts in the water when parked, more cost-effective service, more room on board, and lighter and more efficient power,” Dubbs said.

“We are excited to present the Levanzo 25 at the 2023 Sydney International Boat Show in August and we’re sure people will be impressed with the design, performance and complete package.”
The Lilybaeum Levanzo 25 measures 7.9 metres in length, with a beam of 2.54 metres, and is rated for up to 10 passengers. The boat features traditional scalloped Venetian-style speedboat lines contrasted with synthetic teak topdecks that bridge between old-world looks and the modern lines of the hull.
Because the boat is built specifically to use up to 400hp of single or dual outboard engines rather than Lilybaeum’s more traditional preference for sterndrive engines, its draft can be as little as 0.4 metres with the outboard engine raised.
The Lilybaeum Levanzo 25 is built with a large sunbed aft with a narrow central companionway that can be filled in with a removable cushion.
The space also includes a large locker for storing diving gear, water toys or fenders. An onboard freshwater transom shower system is standard.
The cockpit is designed with a central wet bar with a stainless steel sink and a fridge, while overhead a fabric-covered T-top provides shade and weather protection to the bar and helm.

The centre console helm station features push-button instrumentation customised to suit the owner.
Forward is a bow lounge that wraps around a central table, creating a zoned social space.
Owners can configure the Lilybaeum Levanzo 25 with their own choice of colours and technology to personalise the boat to their needs.
Nautilus Australia also distributes Skylark, Nautilus and LodeStar RIBs, and Parker sports yachts in Australia.
The 2023 Sydney International Boat Show runs from August 3–6.
